Is it legal to drive a right sided car in a left sided country?

It's legal in most places, but you have to do some adjustment in your driving.

I know the opposite is legal though: Some cars in England are left wheeled, and people just deal with it.

As far as I know it is legal but one has to put a sign stating it's a left / right car.   Besides the legal aspect I would much more worry about the driving: it must be much harder to drive with a "opposite" car specially when bypassing (one will be able to see only afer the whole car is in the other lane).
