If you can prove, by way of Pay Stubs, that your hourly rate of pay is/was $14.00 per hour, especially if your hourly rate is indicated on the Pay Stub, and/or if your hours worked multiplied by $14.00 equal the gross amount of your pay check (Total amount of Check prior to the deduction of Taxes etc) you can notify the Fair Labor Practices Board, it is usually a State Board or Commission and file a complaint, usually the employer will claim some sort of oversight, apologize and pay you the difference.
