This is a complex subject.  Alot depends on what you are leasing and how you intend to use it for how long.  In many cases a lease makes sense to save cash upfront but then on the situation, ownership of the equipment is the best way to go.  I would need more specifics to give you a good answer

Dank unserer Politik und der damit immer schlechteren Bonität der Deutschen (bereits jeder 4.Deutsche gilt laut "Armutsbericht der Bundesregierung" bereits als arm oder steht kurz davor!) ist für viele heute kaum noch möglich (geschweige denn bezahlbar oder wirtschaftlich), ein neues Auto zu fahren. Daher wird heute selbst im Privatbereich das im Geschäftsleben durchaus sinnvolle "Leasing" bevorzugt - kein anderes Modell bietet den Banken so gut Gelegenheit, mit "schöngerechneten Angeboten" dem Kunden das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen! Im Grunde sollte Leasing so funktionieren: der Kunde erhält vom Autohaus ein Fahrzeug seiner Wahl zur Nutzung über einen bestimmten Zeitraum (i.d.R. zwischen 2 und 4 Jahren) übergeben und zahlt dafür eine gewisse "Nutzungsgebühr", die den Wertverlust des Fahrzeugs absichern soll. Stattdessen bezahlt der Leasingnehmer in 3 Jahren teilweise 2/3 bis 4/5 des Neupreises, auch wenn der Wagen in der Zeit nur 30-40% seines Wertes verliert! Wie die Banken mit Privatleasing Geld verdienen, hat "plusminus" ermittelt. Empfehlung von "proDeutschland": Kaufen, Leasen, Finanzieren war gestern - "Zeitfahren" ist heute die wirtschaftlichste Variante, einen Neuwagen zu fahren!
