What is the impact of stress on leadership strategy in a women-owned, women-run business enterprise?
I would say that working under stress calls for special sensitivity towards women's needs. Taking the tough approach won't necessarily move you forward when it comes to a women-run business. Showing you care about your employees seems more important in the long run in order to establish a successful business. We must remember that women have different needs than men.
