What if i my lawyer doesnt call

today is sept.14th and i have a court date on oct.8th and I havent spoke to my lawyer yet. Ive been calln since july 09' and the clerk tells me hes out so she directs me to his line everytime. I've been living my info..name,num,court date.. and he has yet to call me back,im nervous im not gonna have my court op. lawyer...what should i do???????

Leave a message for attorney that you will be getting a new attorney if he does not return your call within the week. Then do just that if you do not hear anything from him. Act quickly if you need a new attorney as you noted court date is fast approaching.
