Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.

A:

Generally, Wal-Mart policy allows people traveling in Recreation Vehicles (RVs) to spend the night in the parking lot.  However, some locations do not participate in this program and should have signs posted, stating so.

People asleep in their car would be considered loitering and could be charged with trespassing.
