If a limited partnership was formed in 1978 were you required to register it with secretary of state in Calif. ,or was it OK to register it with your county assesor ?

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.
According to what i can find in my dusty old law library it must be registered with the the state but in case it is possable to register it with the county asssor also. And that depends all on the laws of that state but not just one. Check in your State Statuets for sure.
