florida laws/statute of limitations/criminal law. Does anyone know if there is a statute of limitations concerning a warrant for fraudulant activity?

IM thinking there probably is a limit but I think more less they look at the severity of the crime. How often you have been in trouble and if for same reason!

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.
Your best bet is ask an attorney to be sure as it is attorney clint priviledged info and make sure it stays that way. Keep your self safe.

In Washington State they run out after a year, however, a new one is re-issued , and again and again and again....
