The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.
That can depepnd on the facts but if he is on admistrive leave or if he is only out on leave. If that person has been relived of all duties and then he must turn in his badge and wepon at that time. So at that point he is not a DEA officer then again he may be placed on desk duty to shove papers to shuffle all day. But can be put back on duty depending on the upper ones in charge.
