You most likely will need a good lawyer. You said it is your first offense. Judging from your statement, I get the impression you are guilty. If that is the case, you will need a lawyer. The question I have is that if you were smart enough to know how to steal that money and are smart enough to know how to use a computer, then why are you even asking that question on here?
