you admit taking $2300.00 that wasen't yours, now your going to have a lot more money to pay out to your lawyer, i'm sure it's going to be about 5 times that $2300.00 you took, if you have a record for anything prior to this crime, it will surely affect what happens to you on this one hanging over your head, if you've never been arrested before, the judge will treat you like a first time offender, which means no jail time, but if you get indited by a grand jury, i would hire a lawyer, think back to your crimes prior to this one if you even have a low or non existant
crime history, i would talk to the probation officer, she what he tells you, is the judge in a good mood, is the d.a. pushing for jail time, the p.o. can tell you all this
but in any event i wish you good luck, do you qualify for a count appointed lawyer, don't beleive in what you here about court lawyers, some of them are very good.
