I have seen in Argentina many cars with darkened windows. If a driver is committing a traffic violation, like talking on the phone nobody will notice. Is there a law against darkening car windows?

The front of a car cannot include darkening devices unless the driver has a medical condition requiring the extra protection. Glass in the car's back areas can be as dark as desired as long as the car has rearview mirrors.
