Do you think wiretapping and monitoring email ...

Do you think wiretapping and monitoring email accounts -of people who aren't terrorists but are from minority groups- should be legal now to protect phone companies from lawsuits from people who suffered from this civil right infringement(they were never legitimately notified beforehand)?

All the would is a stage, and I'm running spot

I thing that wiretapping and monitoring of e-mail should be not be legal in any circumstances.  I would never feel like it will stop nor do I want it to stop.  I expect the government to break the law to protect us, and even our rights.  I don’t believe that we should give them approval; I don’t think that such evidence should be use in court, and I don’t trust government run by politicians (who are the most corrupted of us all) not to use information gathered for their special intere$t.
