i got loan from my boss,verbal,no contract;he steadily started backing out on agreements such as drive time,paying gas,personal use of a company vehicle,no raise,etc.i got a personal vehicle to work out of,and made sure that all of my tools were off of his property[he has kept other peoples possesions whom he has had disagreements before]i still have one year left by verbal agreement to pay,i was fired;and now he has claimed that i am ten months behind in payment,and owe hime for 90 hours of work,which is not true;he has acused me of taking some of his tools,not worth much;just intimidation tactics to scare me into payment.i want to pay him but do not owe him what he is trying to claim;and demanded full payment within 30 days or will file leins against me and the mother of my children with whom i live with;we have never had joint accounts of any kind;or filed jointly in anything;can he do that;and what should i do?i have offered to continue payment,but do not have the money in full;and do not owe what he claims;and am scared that if he can just claim items taken etc.i had keys to all his properties,and homes.i have made a living all my life in peoples homes and businesses and have never stolen anythin,or even been acused of such.need input he is harrassing me,and the threats are getting out of control.he flipped out when i got personal vehicle and he figured he could not control me,or manipulate.i lost money working for him,and he broke all kinds of agreements;and promises
