A:NO. You should not give Darvocet to a dog because Darvocet contains acetaminophen (tylenol) which is toxic to dogs. Dogs can take the Human pain reliever Tramadol, so long as it is not mixed with tylenol. Low doses of Aspirin (half tab) or one baby aspirin may be an alternative with joint pain. Call your Vet. I am sure they will tell you over the phone, but do not give darvocet.
