Hey I just started a business for electronic goods. Since I’m new to business, I’d love some experienced inputs about customer care.
Most importantly, you’d want to understand your customers and be receptive to their responses. Train your staff to be courteous and treat the customer as God. Communication is very important. If your customers need translations in their own language, give it to them. Good translation software like maybe from Language Weaver could work for you. Hope this helps. Good luck!
You can have everything in life your want if you will just help enough other people get what they want
I have been in business since I was 16 years old. I learned a long time ago that you can have EVERYTING in live you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. Applying that principal without exception will make you wealthy. When you or your sales people greet a customer smile. I am sure you have delt with grumpy people and people with positive attudes. Which to you like best? Many customers are lost when you sell someone something they do not need. BE HONEST. Find your customer's NEED. If you can not satisfy the NEED do not try to sell them something else. If you sell someone something that is complicated MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE IT. Do not assume they know. If your issue is Credit related, do not try to sell your customer more than they can afford. If the customer does default do not yell at them and make them feel worthless. Educate them and find solutions. They will be your customer for life.
