Would it make sense to try some kind of special shoes. I have had several knee surgerys. I am knock kneeded and its even worse sense the tkr.  Also is it normal to still be on pain meds after 2 years. The pain is so bad it burns and its a stabbing sharp pain at times I feel an electrical like shock around the incision. Almost every evening I can hardly move. But if I do to much walking my back hurts and I am sure this is because of the way I walk.

Thanks I see my Primary Dr. on Mon. I've also talked with another orto. Dr. but I'm mostly told that I have arthritis . I understand that there is no cure for arthritis but to be in pain ever day. I can't began to explain how miserable I am. Ms. E
