Do you have a spare car key and spare house key ...

Do you have a spare car key and spare house key? keep the car key in your wallet or purse, and the house key in the car.....that way you never get locked out......anyone else out there do this???

No, I got a couple Real Estate lock box at Lowes and put the one on my house and the other on my car/truck. I have used them many times.

Hi there BG,

That seems like a smart idea until you think about if someone is watching you get out of your car, breaks into your car, finds your house key, steals your car, looks through papers in your vehicle and now knows where you live, and has the keys to walk him/herself right in your home. I am the worst at losing my keys (and sunglasses for that matter) but I have a AAA membership and will take my chances to have to pay a fee for them to come 'rescue me' than give the scumbags who don't work a real job to make their living give free access to all of the things I have worked hard for. I am this sceptical because my wallet has been stolen twice as well as my identity...my life was turned upside-down and now do not trust people like I used to. Just be careful!!! The idea is smart, but I wouldn't take my chances...

it's always a good idea to keep an extra set with someone you trust - a neighbor, friend or family relative.
