how can i preserve a fresh flower centerpiece.? I do not want to dry them, I want to keep it in the original form.

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.
Call around and ask about freeze drying. This produces a very natural appearing flower. You cannot do this at home. It is expensive.
