If I were you...I'd hire the highschool grad, no girls because you dont want to start a relationship with your assistant...you work your people pretty hard so you need someone thats poor, smart and hungry or you'd probably fire their ass!

Either one but only after an interview to determine character, ambition and ability to do the job.

I would say the high school grad.  You don't need to hire anyone who is mediocre and just because they are older and graduated from college doesn't mean they will do a better job.  If you can have someone a little younger who is smart, has potential, and who needs help, then it is a win-win situation.  Go for the high-school grad.

I would hire the mediocre University grad....schools about proving that you can finish something.....accomplish something.....if you're smart and you never seek to prove it....then you're just lazy....

The code, the code! give me the code !

I'll ask also what he did extra school: school is just one of the hundreds index to know what people you are facing.

Maybe he was mediocre because... he was working on another project/s, maybe he is only high school because he got other plns to follow, who know ! let's have a friendly chat :)
