Did the Torah exist before the mishna and talmud came about centuries later? Is it not true that the Torah contains answers, but are located all throughout the five books? Is not the Torah a sufficient guide! How can rabbinical commentators of the past claim that their interpretation is that of Prophet Moses' oral law passed down from Mt. Sinai? Were these rabbis there?

Yes the Torah was before the mishna & the talmud, The Jerusalem Talmud, came first, & then the Babilonean, of the two the Babilonean is deamed the supireor. the mishna of the anchient Ribbis is very tecknicul & should be studied by thoze who have reached a good degree of spiritual maturity.
