Lets be real here. Janet Napalotono did not get the job because she was quialified for it. She got simply by being a freind of the president. The same way anybody in Washington gets their job. If one of your college buddies is running for office, you sidle up next to him so if he or she win s,BAM! Your in,even if you have no knowledge of the office you might be appointed too. And what a sweet deal, you get a fat salary paid by the tax payers, all your houseing, travel and meals are covered, and you can make huge blunders and still get a pat on the back for a " Good Job ". Remember Micheal Brown of FEMA and the great job he did during hurrican Katrina. It pays to be incompetent in Washington.
