First of all you have to be honest.Say exactly what you think about this topic, but of course think well before actually saying it.Think about  that things which each employer expects from his employees: seriousness, responsibility, to be a communicative person in order to mantain a good relation with the colleages you get in touch with, to be able to work in teams, to know how to handle with people.Here is a site for you where you can find more information related to jobs...

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

Two of the most important factors organizations are paying attention today are Team work and Synergy.  I guess that the question you reffer to is related to that.  They want to learn how well will you work in the team and what might be your contribution to create synergy.
My advise: Give a honest true answer (Bearing in mind those 2 factors).  It will help both you and the organization you apply for.
I wish you the best of luck.

A good supervisor is one who leads and directs by inspiring his/her subordinates to work together to complete assigned tasks by teamwork, on time and within budget. Instructions should be clear and not ambiguous and above all, subordinates should feel they have someone on whom they can rely.

I agree that being honest is always a good thing.  If you think back to examples of when you had good and bad supervisors, you could talk about this.  I would assume you agree that a good supervisor is one that you can learn from, that you respect, that respects you, that talks but also listens, a good problem solver, one who is creative and open-minded, innovative, never quits, etc.  I hope this helps.  Speaking from personal experience is always a good thing.

This question is geared to extract your perception of company leadership.

I would answer that question with this:

"A supervisor is a leader who observes the progress of a job and coaches other employees to ensure the job gets done while providing a helping hand for subordinates who need help. An ordinary supervisor waits idly for employee feedback; where as a great supervisor interacts with the employees and draws feedback from employees."

Of course, this is my view; yours will vary. Though, questions like this should also indicate the employer has a problem with defiance from employees. It should raise a good question during your interview like "What is your management style?" and discuss promotional opportunities. Doing this will deflect any damage that your answer may have caused.
