Why don't other jews follow the talmud's oral law?

Eastern European Jews are they of the blood line of Abraham? If not, How can they say that the Land Of Israel is their homeland being descendants of the Khazar Empire who were worshippers of satan!

Are you really an ordained rabbi? Your question exhibits almost a total lack of knowledge of Jewish history. I would suggest you read a good book of Jewish history. You will then find that your question is totally irrelevant.
