Are you sure you are doing your figures right? What is your age, height, weight, and activity level? Have you reached your goal? Jenny Craig is a good program however is it realistic to have to keep buying thier foods? There are other ways to lose the weight without buying special foods or taking pills. The best way to lose weight is to build a custom plan that works for your lifestyle eating foods that you like. Learning how to eat and what to eat is the key! I lost 80 pounds in 10 months and I have kept it off for over 2 1/2 years now. If you don't know already one major factor in losing weight is eating almonds. There was a study done on almonds and their effect on cholesterol. During the study they also learned the effects almonds have on weight loss. Eating almonds takes fats away and they keep you full so you tend to eat less but still the foods you like. If you want more information on the program I did and to see my before and after pictures visit http://www.weightlossconsultant.info feel free to email me if you have any questions.

lose belly fat was invited by Yedda to answer this question.

I think you need to provide more information about your starting weight, your starting body fat, how much weight you have lost.  I think that there are many ways to lose weight and if one is not working for you then you need to try something different.  I believe with a little weight loss research you will find something that suits you.

It depends on what the negative calorie deficit is, and how your body reacts to calorie restricted diets.

Losing weight while also maintaining muscle is a balance that is hard to attain. You may want to learn more about calorie timing to help with the LBM retention while losing FAT.

If you want to lose weight fast, take a look.
