Why is it that after losing approximately 60 lbs on Jenny Craig my body fat is still high at 37-42%. What is wrong with that picture? I also did Curves when I was dieting. Help!

I think you need to provide more information about your starting weight, your starting body fat, how much weight you have lost. I think that there are many ways to lose weight and if one is not working for you then you need to try something different. I believe with a little weight loss research you will find something that suits you.
