how do people wear knee high boots mustly?
Knee high boots are really big this season. You can wear them over skinny jeans or with a skirt or dress. During the colder months I personally prefer to wear them over jeans and/or with a dress and tights/leggings. I have also seen some women pull off wearing tights under shorts with high boots which is also super cute. It of course depends on your comfort level and body shape. You can play around with different looks and see what fits best for you. :)

Hi, I like to wear knee high boots with a skirt that covers the top edge of the boot, while wearing tights, a turtleneck, and a jacket which is normally the same color/fabric as the skirt. But I don't like flat knee high boots, they must have a heel. Additionally, I like to wear the high heel, knee high boot with wide leg jeans, denim jacket and shirt/turtleneck of choice.
well, i am a man wear tights high boots occationnally under my trouser, but my boots are all flat heel (no heel) unlike the ladies boot, i sit down on a chair and wear it and go out to town without anybody knows that i wears it! no problem at all.
