I don't think either of them know what they are doing. I don't like the republicans calling people communists when social capitalism exist in some of the most successful countries in the world. Sweden and Finland have social medicine and they have the highest standard of living in the world... even higher than the USA. All they say in those countries is that it's ok to make money and be rich, but you must be socially responsible and US companies could careless if you live or die as long as they make their money. Insurance companies could care less about you. If you or I would have caused the problems that these corporations cause in the past few years we would have been arrest for undermining the stability of the USA and they would through away the key. But the republicans say it was okay that they destroyed so many lives and we must up hold the capitalistic Ideals... which means it's a fascist theory. if the republicans want to scare everyone by calling this communism ( which it's not and they should stop saying that, because it's not. Then democrats should start calling capitalism fascism ( again which it's not.) lets call things what they are ). Capitalism is individual greed with no regard to anyone except themselfs and socialism is nothing else but selfishness with the masses. neither is right. Now the democrats are just as bad... they know successful systems that are privately run like in Switzerland and Taiwan ( it's run by the insurance companies) but overseen by the government which here is you and me. And you will find no one that can say they went bankrupt or lost there home due to illness. But here you hear that all the time. No one should loose anything because of illness, stupidity yes, but because of a heart attack or a stroke or a death because of illness. When people keep on telling me that the government is inept, they are telling us that you and I are inept. We are the government, not Obama and not Joe Wilson. I was in the Military and I learned that you respect the office he represents, you don't have to respect him personally, but he called the office of the presidency a lier, That would be like calling my commanding general a lier, I would be behind bars. He has the right to criticizes him but with respect, when they did it to Bush I didn't agree with the dems.

So is Wells Fargo. Same thing.  They want to report to the Government they tried while they know they won't do it.  Why dosen't the Gov ask us?

Laraine, I will email you directly, but we have a loan mod business, are investors, and had our real estate business wiped out by hurricane Katrina. We've been close to losing everything and the banks don't care. You need a thick skin to deal with them, but that said I will share some info to take the fight back to them. 

Not only are we doing loan mods on residential and commercial properties we are also pursuing administrative remedies on 5 mortgages and are in the process of rescinding all 5. One of them is with BofA (as assignee for Countrywide Home Loans).

Most of the people you deal with are incompetent, lose files all the time, and most likely the work is being outsourced.

I can and will go over you options and if you go it alone make sure yoiu are properly educated about how the game works.  I'll email you now.

familiar story at other lenders too. ..dam inept SOB's,..

you just gotta be ready for people like this that's all & have multiple copies. once done your same inept lender will accept a short sale , not before a loan mod is approved....go figure.

My guess is that the BBB was not researched before giving your money. If anyone is reading this, always make sure that your company checks out with the BBB.
