Can you have your single natural egg produced to ...

can you have your single natural egg produced to fertilize in vitrio for sex determination? In other words i produce eggs without any problem therefore i would not need to stimulate my ovaries. Can i actually just use my monthly egg?

I'm not sure I understand your questions.

Theoretically, if your body produces viable eggs, ther's no reason not to use those eggs for IVF.

Then again, if you're already waiting for the implantation, it is better not to become pregnant naturally.
