Apple make announcements about these things every now and then. On April 4 2007 they said they sold 2.5 billion songs, and in July 31 the announced they sold 3 billion songs, so it means in early 2007 it was a rate of about 132 million songs a month.

For the TV shows it offers over its iTunes service. Personally, this will make Apple TV a must have device now watch on TV for $30 per month commercial-free. The only thing that would be left for cable was available through iTunes Canada would you go for it?I can't see them sustaining a $30 a month rate
