I was a Navy Nuclear Weaponsman for 30 years; http://jimlittlebooks.com/ the weapons I worked with were primarily "air-dropped weapons" ie. dropped from aircraft as bombs or rocket propelled bombs. The reason for America's lower yields was our ability to place weapons on target more accurately. I doubt that Israel has weapons above the 60 kiloton range. The odds of them being used are slim. They might use one in the 10 kiloton range to take our specific targets, but the international cry would ruin their standing in the world. Israel has been More than patient with Both Palestine And Iran. While both Palestine and Iran have been clear in their intentions to destroy Israel, I do not see Israel striking out with a nuclear weapon. Israel has more than enough other resources to take care of it's enemies when they feel the time to make a preemptive strike is right.
