The date is 30.3.2007. On this day, at 3 o'clock AM, the clock will be turned one hour backwards, so the time will be 2 AM.

The Israeli daylight saving time ("summer time") starts each year, according to law, on 3 AM in the last Friday before April 2.

I think you made several typos...do we not turn the clocks one hour ahead - from 2.00 to 3.00?

This is very awkward. You're right. The clock will be turned one hour ahead. I'll go and hide myself in a nearby closet for a while.
