I don't understand what happened to the conditions originally laid out that gave Gaza away and why these aren't focused on?

Before I answer your question, when you state: "give Gaza away," what are you referring to?
When Israel pulled its citizens out of the Gaza, there were conditions for the so labeled "Palestinians" . Why are these conditions not the focus? Barbara28
