after every incident, The Israeli Army and government performs a meeting for drawing conclusions see where they went wrong and how they will be rehabilitate. this small war will certainly be dealt firmly some high ranked officers might be tremoved or resign. The Israel aconomy was not hurt severely. I think the diplomatic forces will be focused on Iran and Syria. (that truely represent a threat on Israel, while trying to reach nucleur weapon to destroy Israel (they say it openly)

Israel was in a war last month,Lots of people got injured or killed.Lots of people from northern Israel were like refugees, moving from hotels to family houses down south or even a few days with strangers (The Israeli heart is very big and carrying). However, what's happened was necessary, we are a small Country, surrounded by Arabs, if we will let them do what they want - sooner or later, they will "come for us".But still, no one here is enjoys the sight of Lebanonies citizens who lost their homes/ got killed. But we just can't accept the point that this country lets Hezbollah do anything it wants in its own borders, and threaten Israel's everyday life.We have suffered in the past from terror, and still suffer from it, but although we are a small nation, we are strong and brave, we won't stop until kids could go to school without fear again.Right now – Israel should consider again the way we are prepared for battle considering the new threats (Guerrilla war, miss ails to civilian centers) and the cynical use of citizens by Nassralaha. The country should also make sure that it is well prepared to Syria, which seems to be worming its borders. One of the main issues these days is to economical help to businesses up north, and re-build all the houses that were bombed. To demonstrate the big situation, I attached some words, from the American comedian Dennis Miller, from his live show at HBO. He is not Jewish. He recently said the following about the Modest situation: "A brief overview of the situation is always valuable, so as a service to all Americans who still don't get it. I now offer you the story of the Middle East in just a few paragraphs, which is all you really need.
Here we go:
The Palestinians want their own country. There's just one thing about that: There are no Palestinians. It's a made up word. Israel was called Palestine for two thousand years. Like "Wiccan," "Palestinian" sounds ancient but is really a modern invention
Before the Israelis won the land in the 1967 war, Gaza was owned by Egypt, the West Bank was owned by Jordan, and there were no "Palestinians."
As soon as the Jews took over and started growing oranges as big as basketballs, what do you know, say hello to the "Palestinians," weeping for their deep bond with their lost "land" and "nation."
So for the sake of honesty, let's not use the word "Palestinian" anymore to describe these delightful folks, who dance for joy at our deaths, until someone points out they're being taped. Instead, let's call them what they are: "Other Arabs Who Can't Accomplish Anything In Life And Would Rather Wrap Themselves In The Seductive Melodrama Of Eternal Struggle And Death."
I know that's a bit unwieldy to expect to see on CNN. How about this, then: "Adjacent Jew-Haters." Okay, so the Adjacent Jew-Haters want their own country. Oops, just one more thing. No, they don't. They could've had their own country any time in the last thirty years, especially two years ago at Camp David but if you have your own country, you have to have traffic lights and garbage trucks and Chambers of Commerce, and, worse, you actually have to figure out some way to make a living.
That's no fun. No, they want what all the other Jew-Haters in the region want: Israel. They also want a big pile of dead Jews, of course -- that's where the real fun is -- but mostly they want Israel.
Why? For one thing, trying to destroy Israel - or "The Zionist Entity" as their textbooks call it -- for the last fifty years has allowed the rulers of Arab countries to divert the attention of their own people away from the fact that they're the blue-ribbon most illiterate, poorest, and tribally backward on God's Earth, and if you've ever been around God's Earth . . . you know that's really saying something.
It makes me roll my eyes every time one of our pundits waxes poetic about the great history and culture of the Muslim Midleast. Unless I'm missing something, the Arabs haven't given anything to the world since Algebra, and, by the way, thanks a hell of a lot for that one.
Chew this around & spit it out: 500 million Arabs; 5 million Jews. Think of all the Arab countries as a football field, and Israel as a pack of matches sitting in the middle of it. And now these same folks swear that, if Israel gives them half of that pack of matches, everyone will be pals..
Really? Wow, what neat news. Hey, but what about the string of wars to obliterate the tiny country and the constant din of rabid blood oaths to drive every Jew into the sea? Oh, that? We were just kidding.
My friend Kevin Rooney made a gorgeous point the other day: Just reverse the Numbers. Imagine 500 million Jews and 5 million Arabs. I was stunned at the simple brilliance of it . Can anyone picture the Jews strapping belts of razor blades and dynamite to themselves? Of course not.
Or marshaling every fiber and force at their disposal for generations to drive a tiny Arab State into the sea? Nonsense. Or dancing for joy at the murder of innocents? Impossible. Or spreading and believing horrible lies about the Arabs baking their bread with the blood of children? Disgusting.
No, as you know, left to themselves in a world of peace, the worst Jews would ever do to people is debate them to death.
Mr. Bush, God bless him, is walking a tightrope. I understand that, with vital operations in Iraq and others, it's in our interest, as Americans, to try to stabilize our Arab allies as much as possible, and, after all, that can't be much harder than stabilizing a roomful of super models who've just had their drugs taken away.
However, in any big-picture strategy, there's always a danger of losing moral weight. We've already lost some. After September 11th, our president told us and the world he was going to root out all terrorists and the countries that supported them. Beautiful. Then the Israelis, after months and months of having the equivalent of an Oklahoma City every week (and then every day), start to do the same thing we did, and we tell them to show restraint.
If America were being attacked with an Oklahoma City every day, we would all very shortly be screaming for the administration to just be done with it and kill everything south of the Mediterranean and east of the Jordan.

Oh c'mon Didg, this is just plain stupid talk. Sure, there has never been a country called "Palestine", but there has been a region called that for over 2000 years (since AD 135 to be exact), so it is not just a made up word. What is better, a country which has not existed for 2000 years, or a region where people lived in, with which people have identified for 2000 years? I'd say the latter!
What rights did the jewish people have to invade that region and all of a sudden proclaim that this would be "their" Israel? Sure, Israel was mentioned in the bible, and it existed some 2000 years ago, but so what? Does that give you the right to drive people out of their houses and destroy their lives?
Now don't get me wrong, I'm in no way an anti-semite, and I think that Palistinian extremists have no right to continue with their suicide bombings and all, but you cannot seriously say that every Palestinian is born bad and that all they want is to kill the Jews. C'mon, think! They wouldn't even have the mens to do that! Look at the size of your army and all those nice little weapons you got from the USA, and then take a look at what the palestinians have. It's rocks against tanks. Not very fair, huh?
Another thing is, that it is in no way true that only because they are Arabs, they automatically hate the Jewish people. If the Jews had "invaded" France, under the pretext that somewhere, in a 2000 year- old book, there is a passage describing that region as their own, we would have the same situation in Europe. Only in that case, it would have been a bit more fair, because in France they have tanks too.
You cannot punish millions of people, just because some 10000 think they have to blow themselves up in public. Just imagine someone would kill your parents, because some neighbor of yours killed some people with a bomb.
I just find it hard to believe that you really think this whole crisis is so simple (All those bad arabs want to destroy our itsy-bitsy-tiny peaceful country, when all WE do is sitting here quitly and only sometimes defend us a little bit.)
Just think about the whole "Let's free our kidnapped soldier and in the same time invade the Gaza-strip and start a war with Lebanon" thing they have going. I don't say that it was not an awful thing to kidnapp this young man, but c'mon! Invading the Gaza strip for a man who knew the risks that he had to face when he joined the israelian army. talk about an overreaction. And even you are already threatening Syria, in you very post. MY GOD!!
I think i'm gonna stop here, but please just keep in mind that a crisis like this one is too problematic and deeply rooted to have a simple solution and that neither side has the rights to do what they are doing right now.

First learn the lesson, second fix what ever need fixing I mean Army, Civil defence,Strategic concepts with Iran Syria Problem. After all this from a clear and strong position look for peace with all arab countries. No meter how strange it sounds but with out peace we will win the battales but lose the war for sorviving in the middle east. You need more power and corage to make peace then to go to more wars.
