once you have made a irrevocable trust and named trustees, are you in charge to sell your house if needed?

Who ever has been made trustee is responsible for selling the home. If you made yourself trustee, it is not much different than selling your own home but when the deeds are signed you might need to take the property out of trust, my dad did.
