Do you mean County Clare? And if so, what is it you want to know about the men of that County?

My fathers parents are from Ireland.  My father passed away last week an the hint for his password on his computer is  "men of clair" I have not a clue what it means he got a new computer an its vista an I am clueless on how to run it I dont have the disc to redo it
