I have a great investment opportunity in upstate NY; Glen Spey, Sullivan county. I am trying to find an investor or someone who would like to wholesale the deal. It is a 2bd 2br SFR on .52 acres of land. Some rehab work has been done and there are supplies on the premesis, like windows, siding, sheet rock, cabinets for the kitchen, etc.
How do I find investors/wholesalers interested in this deal?
