Pens are used for many centuries (think of ink and feathers); but who / when invented the Yellow Marker ?
Sidney Rosenthal was a new york inventor who in 1952 was the first to incorporate the elements of a casing ( back then he used a glass casing ), ink and tip ( a simple wick unlike today's more complex material ) in to a marker - he named his invention "magic marker".
