I think that they could work if you two really love each other, but these days a person keeps those relationships long distance because they have other relationships closer. I was with a guy for 3 years before I found out he was having a "Long Distance Relationship" did find out until she moved to San Diego, CA from Ohio. Listen to your head and not always your heart.
