descrive a time when you had to sacrifice quality for a deadline, or visa versa. How did you react to this?
When working on a mechanical device of any sort, the quality work measures, and safety factors come first, production time frame becomes secondary. Most generally one is subjected to signing off with their name at the end of a task or preventive maintenance measure. Thus, if any one should get hurt do to a incorrect adjustment, insecure nuts and bolts, ect. Then your employer can hold you accountable, up to and including dismissial from your job position.
