From the begining, I have found that piktalk.com started it's journey keeping in mind this fact only. For this reason, currently it consists many users who are not tech savvy but knows how to get socialized in decent way.
I think this ype of site should be for all- user friendly and for multipurpose. While you talk to your friends, you are also aware of the current important news, if you are so much emerged with the site, then also it can give u automated reminder for your work... can send any wish to ur near and dear persons...
The features should not be constrained by a boundary, as we all are social....
Yes, you are right ... many similar sites are there..but to some extent... those may be harder to handle by a normal person and needs bit of computer knowledge... but in piktalk all features are for all...
