Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?
Good question. There is no explanation on their web site. I guess you will have to contact them and ask. Once you get an answer do me a favor and post the answer, I'm interested in hearing what they have to say and why they don't put it on their site. Thanks.
