Is he interested

There is a guy @ my wk that i am interested in. I usually only see him, when i meet my friends in the cafeteria. I have seen him looking my way before and was looking @ him. I'd look away and continue to talk to my friends. Sometimes when i'd glance back, i'd see  heim looking @ me. Last time a friend sat in front of him, blocking his view of me. He leaned to the left and looked my way.

Does this mean he's interested in me? Or is he looking @ someone else and i think it's me? Need advice please?/

I sat next to him @ hospital orientation about a yr ago. And had the strong urge to hold his hand. Has never happened to me before and i didn't even know who he was.
