I was involved in a accident this friday,I did not have insurance the other driver did'nt have a license or insurance.I was pulling out in reverse from my friends driveway onto the street.There was only two lanes,the car was coming pretty far so I went out in reverse when I put it in drive I heard a car breaking it was skidding next thing you know it hits the right back maybe at 45mph or 50mph whos at fault .I had a passenger he had a passenger but he says he didnt seeme who's at fault how do i go upon this matter?

99.9% of the time you have to yield right of way... Sounds to me like your at fault.... You pulled out into main roadway, and another thing the cops around here seem to think it doesn't matter how fast the other car is going because they have the right a way... Good Luck!!!
