Un limited band width allows other people to listen or browse yoursite or audio with out server getting crashed due to traffic.

First there is no such as thing "unlimited" bandwith. First there is the computing capactity of the computer. Then there is the "pipe" that attaches that server to the internet.

There there are all of the inter-connected servers or relays between your server and the ultimate end user and of course the "pipe" that connects your end user to the internet.

Each of these connections have a definite limit and are subject to influences not under your direct control. It would help if new knew what you are trying to accomplish and what problems you are having. I can only assume end users are complaining you are serving intermittent audio.
