How do I install a 2nd satellite receiver in RV with central control box?

We have a 2005 Fleetwood with built -in satellite dish.  There are 2 built in televisions with a central control box at the front of the RV.  Access to the back of the TVs themselves is only available for repair or replacement due to the way they are installed. When using the satellite, the front TV has control, the back can watch the same show but not a separate one. Is there anyway to hook up a second receiver for the rear TV so that the person watching it can have control of the channels (like what is done in homes)?

Any help or direction to a site that would help is appreciated.
