Well there can be various reason u dont get sleep.If u drink coffee before sleepin then that cloud be one of the reason you not gettin the required sleep u want.Even i used to get leaset sleep a couple of years ago tho i didnt use to drink coffee until i discovered that my mattress were the reason behind it.so i changed my mattress and bought  new Memory Foam Mattress which is more comfortable then my old matress and i could get better sleep.i am sleeping normal these days.i hope this may work for u too...try changing your matress.
