Are there any laboratories that perform insect or nematode analysis and identification testing for the public in Oregon or any labs that I can ship a sample to for identification and analysis?
You should try contacting the university science department. I would think, that they would know if there is a lab for you to send the sample to or not.
The search for people who can answer your question continues for as long as needed - until you find the answer you were looking for.
