You have to check your policy , if it will pay double indemninty( this means twice the amount of life insurance) for accidental death,if your not sure what to look for call the coustomer service dept, and tell you.

If the policy has accidental death benefit rider and for example the basic policy amount is $10,000, the insurance company will pay the beneficiary $20,000.
