Has anyone had dealings with EuroAmerican Timeshares LLC in Boca Raton, FL. They say they buy the timeshare outright and then resell it. You have to make a payment for the title search, etc. which is refunded once the sale is finalized. The contract has a full refund if not satisfied. But that's only on paper. I don't know how reliable they are. Not listed on the BBB.
I have had disastrous dealngs with companies like Universal Marketing and Global Timeshares (same people I later learned), among others, I am really leery. They require a phone bank check, no credit cards (claim they legally are not supposed to use credit cards for these sales). HELP PLEASE! I can't afford to get stuck again.
