Not indexed by Google

I have a couple of websites (pages) that aren't yet indexed in Google search engine. How can I increase the chances of Google indexing these sites?  I have a total of nearly 60 webpages in one domain but a few are not yet showing up in Google. What steps could I try to increase their chances?

Hey Carrie,

If you have your website indexed on Google, all you need to do is submit an XML Sitemap to your Google webmasters account. This should do the trick.

Also, make sure that all the links on your website are working properly. Mend any broken links.

It can also happen that all your pages are indexed in Google but are not "showing up". Google sometimes does that.

Keep updating your site with relevant content and eventually links from other websites will follow. Quality links from other sites are the key to success on Google. The other posts also give some great advice. Be patient and g'luck!
